At Giddymethat, many of our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size chosen by the customer, or other customer preference issues unless required by law.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through our contact page as soon as possible after delivery. We may ask for details such as your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review it.
Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we may offer an appropriate remedy such as a replacement, refund, or other solution in line with applicable consumer law.

- We do not guarantee exchanges or refunds for ordering the wrong size, colour, or variant selected by the customer
- We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect shipping information entered at checkout
- Refunds, where approved, will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment provider
Nothing in this policy affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
